Return Policy-

Cancellation before order has shipped:
AllDesks.com will cancel orders before they’ve shipped if cancellation is received more than 24 hours before the time of shipment. Refunds (minus the cancellation fee) will be processed within 2 business days from the time order is cancelled.

Cancellation after order has shipped:
All returns made on shipped merchandise require an RMA number (which you can get from our service staff). If the order is cancelled after it has already shipped, return freight and restock fees apply. Refunds for cancellations on shipped orders will be processed (minus freight/restock fees) within 3-5 business days from the time the returned merchandise is received.

Exchanges:
All returns made on shipped merchandise require an RMA number (which you can get from our service staff). If the order is exchanged after it has already shipped, restock fees apply. Replacements will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the returned merchandise is received.

Damaged Orders:
The damaged box must be noted by the driver on the packing slip or the damaged item must be refused. AllDesks.com will ship an order replacement within 3 business days after we receive notice of damage. Customers will not be responsible for restock fees on damaged orders.

All Cancellations will be assessed a $20 fee.
